Marketing Specialist

🔎 We are seeking an organized and creative (yes, it’s possible 🙃) Marketing Specialist to assist in our brand and corporate communications. This is a great opportunity to grow in a multinational company within a small yet dynamic marketing team.

We’re looking for someone who can build relationships with the team, well-organized and a strong communicator both in writing and verbally. You will be a fast and willing learner - we value learn-it-alls 👍, not know-it-alls 👎.

• are familiar with content management systems, the Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, MS Office
• are experienced with creating and managing content across various channels
• have strong project management and organizational skills

• have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
• are comfortable in a multinational environment

📖 What you will work hands on

• Build and manage company social media presence
• Create and manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing channels
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Develop visual assets (videos, presentations, catalogues)
• Manage corporate communications
• Organize team events
• Manage corporate websites
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide support to the sales team
