Information Technology Specialist

🔥About the role:

The future IT specialist will be responsible for the effective operation of the IT services and support across the organization, acting as a technical expert for the development, implementation, management, and support of the company's systems and networks.

📖 Main duties
• Install desktops, portable computers, peripherals and software products for networked, classified and unclassified, and standalone environments
• Detect, diagnose, research solutions and resolve desktop and portable computer software and hardware failures
• Provide users with information, guidance, and instruction on the use of desktop and portable computer hardware and software
• Perform software and hardware upgrades and installations involving multiple computers, printers, multi-printers and peripherals

🔎 Knowledge
• Experience in a similar position of at least 2-3 years is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in technical/technology field
• English language - professional level (German, French, Italian - would be really nice to have)
• Elo, ERP(Navision, Business Central), Swyx, Ofice 365 tools, Azure, Windows server (AD, DNS), Magento, Akeneo, SQL database
